CINNAMON COFFEE CAKE








List of Ingredients

1 cup of softened butter
1/2 cup of cut walnuts
2-3/4 cups of sugar
2 tbsps of ground cinnamon
2 tsp of vanilla extract
2 cups of (16 oz) soured cream
4 eggs
1 tsp of table salt
1 tsp of baking soda
3 cups of flour

Instructions

Within a big bowl, mix your 2 cups of sugar and cream butter right until light fluffy. Put eggs, one after the other, beating nicely right after another. Put in vanilla extract. Mix your salt,baking soda and flour; include alternately along with soured cream, beating simply enough right after each addition to maintain batter smooth.
Spoon a 3rd of batter right into a greased ten-in. tube pan. Mix the remaining suger, nuts, and lastly cinnamon; spread a 3rd throughout batter in your pan. Replicate layers 2 more times. Bake within 350° just for 60-65 min's or simply until any toothpick inserted close to the center comes up clean. Cool for approximately 15 min's just before taking out from the pan to a new wire rack to cool down completely.
